Appointing a Resident Agent

Typically, the annual resident agent fee is $125.00 and more. CRA of America, Inc. (CRA) charges $110.00 per year. To appoint CRA, simply follow the instructions contained in Section 18, Do-it-Yourself Steps to Incorporate at Cost. Within the articles of incorporation is a Certificate of Acceptance of Appointment of Resident Agent. After submitting the completed articles to CRA with respective fee(s), it will sign the acceptance and promptly hand deliver the articles to the state for filing. It is as easy as that!

You are welcome to use CRA's address as your company's principal office address in the articles: 3638 Rancho Drive, Suite 6, Las Vegas, Nevada 89130. This is not for general business use, but strictly for providing an address in Nevada for the principal office of the corporation. If your mail requirements are greater, CRA can provide a contracted corporate office package. Please refer to Section 19 for further information on other services.

EXISTING NEVADA CORPORATIONS THAT WISH TO CHANGE PRESENT RESIDENT AGENTS

Existing Nevada corporations that wish to benefit from the services of CRA of America, Inc. can do so by simply completing the "Certificate of Resolution to Change the Resident Agent and/or Change of Location of Principal Office" form provided in this section along with the required $60.00 state filing fee.

Mail the completed and signed form to CRA along with the required $60.00 state fee and the annual resident agent payment of $110.00 payable to CRA of America, Inc., for a total of $170.00.
